MSAA Manor offers federally assisted housing for persons requiring "barrier free" living accommodations. The property and units have been designed exclusively for the mobility impaired, with an additional focus on community -- there are resident activities, community spaces, transportation options, and on-site social service support, maintenance and management.
Residents must qualify under the income limits set by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the occupancy policy established by the sponsor. Monthly rent is based upon the resident's income in a formula specified by HUD.
